  • 1/23 - DHS Swim Team Informational Meeting Athletes in grades 9-12 interested in the DHS Swim Team: please attend the upcoming information meeting at  630pm in DHS library.
  • 1/31 - AAUW STEM Career Panel - 6:15 - 8:15 pm, Multipurpose Room, DVHS . The American Association of University Women (AAUW), Explorit Science Center and Da Vinci Charter Academy will host an informal evening for girls and their family and friends to meet women in STEM careers (science, technology, engineering, and math).  Join us for a panel discussion and breakout small group Q&A’s, followed by cookies, cocoa and mingling to end the night.  Information Flyer and RSVP Link

  • After School Assistance Program (ASAP) Monday – Thursday, 3:30pm – 5:00pm  Emerson and Da Vinci Students: Need some help with homework? Looking to do better on that next math test? Want some help with that essay? Come to the After School Assistance Program (ASAP)! We’ll have teachers and staff there to assist you with all of the above. With progress reports coming home soon, this is an opportunity to get some assistance and make a plan for success. ASAP is free and available to all students. Drop by ASAP and get the help you need!
  • PanEagle Newspaper –The first issue is now out! Folks can pick up copies in the front office and the library. If you are interested in joining this club, they meet at lunch on Wednesday in Room A-7.
  • New this school year! DSHS Sports Passes! The Athletics Department is selling sports passes on the webstore on the DSHS website. Passes currently for sale:  All Sports Family Pass; All Sports Individual Pass; Freshman All Sports Pass. NOW AVAILABLE...basketball & soccer! Thank you for supporting DSHS Athletics!   • Ultimate Frisbee!  Practice will be held every Tuesday from 3:45 to 5:00 and Wednesday from 2:45 to 4:00 at the field behind DV. Bring cleats and frisbees if you have them! Everyone is welcome.  Informational Flyer

  • The LegiSchool Project at Sac State would like to invite students to participate in their Town Hall Meetings and Annual Art and Essay Contests! Events are FREE and are a great way to promote civic learning in the classroom and beyond! Attached is our 2017-2018 Newsletter, filled with activities that will take place during this school year. The Essay Contest Flier is also attached.  The LegiSchool Project is a collaboration between the Center for California Studies and the State Legislature, dedicated to engaging California students in matters of public policy and state government.

  • Homework Club meets Wednesdays 2:30 - 4:00 p.m. in Room 20 and Thursdays 3:30 - 5:00 p.m. in Room 19. Enjoy snacks, a quiet enviroment, and supportive teachers.
  • The college visit schedule at Davis High is posted here, in the Davis High Career Center windows, and in Naviance. The schedule will be updated as new visits are added.  Students must sign up on Naviance prior to attending a college visit and should sign out at the attendance office with a note from a parent/guardian.
