Don't forget! Online Re-enrollment for all returning DJUSD students opens Monday, July 23 at 8am and must be completed before receiving teacher assignments and schedules. Visit the DJUSD website for help events and details.

The Parent Portal for Online Re-Enrollment 2018 opens July 23rd at 8am!

You will need your personal PIN/PASSWORD to log in to the Parent Portal and complete the online re-enrollment for each student.  Only one LEGAL parent/guardian is required to complete the process.

 

To get your personal PIN/PASSWORD:

  1. Visit the DJUSD Parent Portal at:         https://parentportal.djusd.net/       
  2. In the Pin/Password section, click on:  "Need Your Login Information?"  Enter your email address that the district has on file. 
  3. You will receive an email with your personal pin/password.

Please have this login information ready on July 23, 2018 so that you can complete your online re-enrollment for each child.

Have Questions / Need Assistance?

If you would like assistance with completing your online re-enrollment, or do not have computer or internet access, there are several options:

  • Stop by the DJUSD Technology Department (M-F 7:30 AM-3pm) and use a Chromebook to complete your Online Re-Enrollment or get your PIN/PASSWORD (please bring a photo ID, medical and insurance information). The DJUSD Technology Department is located at 526 B Street in Davis.

 

  • Attend one of the following events and get help in English/Spanish (please bring a photo ID, medical and insurance information):

      Thursday, July 26, 2018

  • Call the Online Re-Enrollment HELP DESK at (530)757-5300 x117 during business hours this summer, or your school office after August 15, 2018.  

TIPS & TRICKS

  • When possible, do not use the browser "Safari" on a MAC.  Use Google Chrome, Firefox or Explorer.
  • Do NOT use a cell phone.
  • PLEASE add at least one emergency contact (not the parent or legal guardian).

  ELECTRONIC FLYER DELIVERY STARTS SEPTEMBER 12

New e-flyer approval and distribution starts in mid-September

As part of Davis Joint Unified School District's efforts to be more environmentally friendly, embrace innovative technology, and maintain fiscal responsibility, we are moving from distributing paper to a digital flyer delivery system via a system called Peachjar. Beginning on September 12, digital flyers with information for families that are approved by the school district will be emailed directly to parents' inboxes, as well as posted online for easy access.  Watch for more information in the coming months or you can learn more at Flyer Approval.
